Information Commissioner"

Newsflash

Part 5 (131) – No Restriction on Disclosure to the IC

No law may restrict the disclosure of information to the Information Commissioner. If a court has said that it would be contempt of court to disclose some information, this can safely be ignored. You do not need the permission of any court to disclose information to the Information Commissioner.
